Dan Estrada and Lisbett Christensen are a qualified and experienced husband and wife team that have successfully mediated both individually and as co-mediators in a broad spectrum of civil and family cases. Dan Estrada

Professional Experience:
- Trial Lawyer –Private Practice since 1991 in State and Federal Courts with experience in jury trials and settlements of cases in the following areas: Medical Malpractice; Products Liability; Premises Liability; Employment Law-EEOC mediations; Family Law; Consumer Protection (DTPA cases); Criminal and Immigration Law.
- Employed as an Insurance Claims Investigator/Adjuster handling serious personal injury, products liability and wrongful death claims from 1973 until 1988.
Mediation Training:
- Basic Mediation Training in Civil Disputes
- Advanced Mediation in Family Disputes
All training done through Dispute Resolution Services of North Texas (DRS).
Experience:
- Significant experience in mediations through voluntary DRS cases, Tarrant County settlement week mediations and private practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, DTPA consumer cases, employment/labor disputes, business contracts and family law cases.
- Significant experience interacting with the Korean community.
- Participation as a Judge in final rounds of the American Bar Association Regional Mediation Finals Competition held at Texas Wesleyan School of Law, March 5, 2006.
- Speaker at Dallas Bar Association- ADR Section on Mediation CLE.

- Significant number of successful mediations in civil and family disputes involving Spanish speaking parties.
- Significant experience in mediations through voluntary DRS cases and private mediation practice in personal injury, DTPA consumer cases, landlord/tenant disputes, business contracts, employment/labor disputes, as well as family cases. Also significant successful experience with highly contentious and multi-party mediations in both english and spanish.
