- Trial Lawyer –Private Practice since 1991 in State and Federal Courts with experience in jury trials and settlements of cases in the following areas: Medical Malpractice; Products Liability; Premises Liability; Employment Law-EEOC mediations; Family Law; Consumer Protection (DTPA cases); Criminal and Immigration Law.
- Employed as an Insurance Claims Investigator/Adjuster handling serious personal injury, products liability and wrongful death claims from 1973 until 1988.
